Why BPO
We have been in distribution of financial products for now more than 17 years. During this period one of the key tool used was Tele marketing & generating leads through telemarketing, that was our first exposure to effective telecommunication for business purpose( Initially in1993-94).In the year 2001 we started using tele sales for general insurance products through Citibank.2003 we started telesales for life insurance business. During the same period BPOs had started doing well in India. With this background we thought why miss on this business opportunity which is actually a natural extension of our activities so far.

Location:
We are a mumbai based organisation but looking at the real estate cost & requirement of educated manpower we thought Pune would be more ideal place to start our new first BPO centre. Magarpatta IT city provided us the perfect launch location with very good infrastructure township.

The real estate:
We have purchased 7000 sq.ft. premises in Tower S4 Cyber city in Magarpatta IT city, Pune.

  • Beautiful cafeteria with PUB looks to de-stress.

We launched this facility on 5th June 2010 & the inauguration was done by Mr.E.K.Thakur, Chairman of Saraswat Bank.
